• Oversee the end-to-end development of leather goods within a luxury, haute couture environment. • Collaborate directly with the Creative Director to translate artistic vision into tangible product collections. • Ensure each piece reflects the brand’s heritage, storytelling, and elevated craftsmanship. • Partner with design, atelier, merchandising, and production team. • Translate runway and couture inspirations into commercially viable leather goods • Manage the full product lifecycle—from prototyping to market launch—maintaining uncompromising quality standards. • Source of raw materials and hardware- participation in trade fairs such as LineaPelle. • Monitor and manage timelines, costing, and product integrity in line with the Maison expectations. • Contribute to product innovation while preserving the brand’s savoir-faire and creative DNA.

- Research and selection of fabrics,definition with the Design team and the creative Director of moodboards and color cards. - Collection articles data creation on the company software (Apache). - Briefing after the selling campaign with Merchandising and Design team. - Handling supervision of the samples and the passage of it at the Production and Quality team. - Assistance during photo-shoots and post-production of B2B shots. - Set up of the collection in the showroom and participation to activities linked to the fashion show in Paris.

Ho avuto l'opportunità di lavorare al fianco di numerosi designer durante i fitting, nei quali si affinano anche le tecniche di styling e ai casting, durante i quali si comprendono i criteri che vengono adottati nella scelta dei modelli, in base al contenuto che la collezione vuole trasmettere. Fase successiva a questo processo è il backstage di sfilata, nel quale si rimane a contatto con il designer, si conosce il lavoro di make-up artist e hair stylist e si vive in prima persona l'adrenalina del pre-passerella.
Nel corso dei tre anni di studio ho avuto l'opportunità di lavorare sulla modellistica, sull'illustrazione, la grafica e molto altro.
