Arrange and organize product category lines by samples and seasonal stock allocation. - Prepare new stock items, ready to be prioritized for production by the studio coordinator. - Request stock to shoot upon demand, assessing available stock levels and holding across locations. - Update and maintain studio stock records according to shoot activities and seasonal stock transfers. - Assure the right product flow tracking the movement of stock throughout the studio process. - Supervise the flow of stock returns between warehouse team and external partners prepare and control arrangement of article. - Manage the end-to-end process of studio workflows- prioritizing and pre-empt the follow up of any discrepancies in a timely manner, with clear communication. - Provide reports on E-commerce stock location. Utilize FAR / BI / SAP systems to support stock analysis.
