Currently I work as inventory clerk. I travel around London, gain access to properties given my on daily basis and doing checks for check-in and check-out procedures. That would include taking photos of said properties, checking meters readings, creating reports and uploading data via app.
- Track and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments from and to the E-commerce studio. Plan the inbound and outbound of stock allocations to E-commerce across Sample and seasonal stock supply chains. - Quality control of arriving pieces, focusing on description against physical products, taking measurement's of jewellery pieces arriving from our main suppliers in Asia market. - Ensure correct stock receipt, quantities, tagging, deliveries of products, articles, and supplies in a timely manner. Arrange and organize product category lines by samples and seasonal stock allocation. - Prepare new stock items, ready to be prioritized for production by the studio coordinator. - Request stock to shoot upon demand, assessing available stock levels and holding across locations. - Update and maintain studio stock records according to shoot activities and seasonal stock transfers. - Assure the right product flow tracking the movement of stock throughout the studio process. - Supervise the flow of stock returns between warehouse team and external partners prepare and control arrangement of article. - Manage the end-to-end process of studio workflows- prioritizing and pre-empt the follow up of any discrepancies in a timely manner, with clear communication. - Provide reports on E-commerce stock location. Utilize FAR / BI / SAP systems to support stock analysis.
- Handling high value and luxury stock pieces. Supporting other departments. - Inbound and outbound processing. Arranging returns to HQ. - Overseeing storage of products, organising back of house areas. - Making sure all Harrods practices are met. - Quality control of all products. - Arranging specialized couriers for high value transfers. - Contacting local stores regarding availability of products. - Arranging work areas to meet Fendi standards – Top Store. - Using WhatsApp on daily basis to communicate about all operations/issues. - Knowledge of RPRO system, inventory management.
