Weturn helps brands and manufacturers to recycle their excess stocks (finished products, rolls of fabrics & production scraps) into new European & traceable yarns and textiles. Missions: • Creation of the eco-design pole: business definition, business development, process implementation, performance monoitoring, recruitment, team management • Business development: prospecting, preparation of sales offers, negotiations and eco-design projects signature follow-up (yarns, fabric or finished products) • Monitoring eco-design customer projects from launch to product delivery • Creation of a network of European suppliers: recyclers, spinners, weavers, knitters, garment makers • Successful launch of a collection of 13 recycled fabrics and 4 finished products (ROD collection) • R&D on materials & innovative solutions

Market Fit is a textile trader working for the biggest European ready-to-wear brands with an integrated sample room to be more responsive and efficient in responding to customer requests. Missions: • Manage a team of 2 Product Developpers • Develop the order backlog by optimizing processes, lead times, fabric sourcing & quality control • Supervise prototyping lead times & quality, from customer technical file reception to production order • Calculate the industrial cost prices: prices negotiation, optimization of fabric consumption • Sourcing of knit & woven fabrics to develop clients' samples • Develop local supplies in Vietnam (fabrics & garments makers)

Main goal: to improve suppliers delivery performance by ensuring on-time deliveries in the right place at the best price and to develop long term partnerships with suppliers. Missions: • Place orders to production suppliers based on capacities, prices and skills • Validate and monitor delivery plans of Collection, Press and Exotic pieces • Analyze and report daily/ monthly performances to the Top Management: service rates, production plan and service margin • Optimize the supplier negotiation process to reduce product purchasing costs (6 months project) • Monitor allocations & deliveries for strategic components: authenticity cards, leaflets, made in labels • Deploy the RFID technology over the Small Leather Goods production chain: definition of needs, milestones, project's follow-up, change management among suppliers (training sessions) • Manage the exotic products delivery plan following House decision to stop the activity: analyse cancellations opportunities with suppliers, communicate reliable delivery times to Supply Chain teams, report delivery performance to Top Management.

Main goal: ensure on-time deliveries, optimize costs and stocks of metal components for the Leather Goods Division Missions: • Manage a panel of 20 suppliers: turnover, production capacity, delivery times and skills development • Place pre-orders and final orders, validate delivery forecasts and monitor delivery plans on a weekly basis • Build an inventory management dashboard to optimize and forecast the stock levels of 64 permanent components • Improve and harmonize reporting tools and key performance indicators within the team • Solve suppliers invoicing issues and prepare quaterly financial closures

6 month internship + 6 month short-term contract Main goal: monitor the quality performance of leather and textile products and develop the in-store quality expertise to improve customer satisfaction (Shoes, SLG, LG, Accessories & RTW). Missions • Appraise customer/ stock returns from the worldwide Berluti stores (150/ month) • Analyse and report the quality performance of stores and customers returns: return rate by product category, repair rate, store expertise performance, warehouse quality control results • Reduce repair lead times of defective products: build and monitor reliable follow-up • Write and present a best practice book on customer quality to worldwide Retail teams: improvements in stores quality expertise (+50%) • Monitor new collections quality: follow quality tests on products at development stage, alert on potential quality risks • Draw up specifications to integrate a return management tool into Salesforce CRM • Ad hoc missions: perform quality controls to increase product knowledge

6 months internship - Accessories Division - Costume Jewellery activity Main goal: monitor and improve delivery performances and ensure factory's production capacities are in line with the forecast volumes. Missions • Create production dashboards to daily monitor key performance indicators • Present production performances to Merchandising and Supply Chain teams on a weekly basis • Work with the production planner in factory to implement action plans and solve production issues. • Build a production plan to manage our factory production capacities • Analyse end-of-collection delivery performances: 3 Best Practice Books initiated and presented to all production stakeholders (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Industrialization & Development) • Control warehouse receptions and solve issues

6 months internship Main goal: monitor operational & capital expenditures (OPEX/ CAPEX) of the business unit and ensure budget compliance. Missions • Help the team to prepare monthly closing • Update and ensure the reliability of the global database • Report the key performance indicators of the different costs centers • Support in budget periods • Project management: calculate the global costs of the whole BU by integrating the Back Office services expenditures
