Identify key demographic insights and behavioral patterns to inform FitFlop’s product design and development. - Advanced Market Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like EDITED to track competitor product mix, pricing trends, and launch strategies across UK and US markets. Conduct deep dives into specific product categories to assess future growth opportunities for FitFlop. - Data-Driven Product Performance Analysis: Use Excel and internal reporting tools to evaluate top-performing products, regional sell-in data, and category-specific trends. - Consumer Activation & AI Research Project: Led a project focused on consumer activation, utilizing AI-driven tools to segment and visualize consumer personas, enhancing business-wide understanding and product targeting at FitFlop.
