Achievements: raised 38K additional marketing budget from an external brand partner, within the first month in the company. Helped the commercial team to drive +317% revenue increase from a physical resale activation, by successfully planning and executing a marketing campaign in partnership with Depop (going across organic channels and including influencer endorsement).

Managed a portfolio of high-net-worth clients with a purchase history of over £4 million over 3 years - with a primary focus on loyalty and clientelling. Achieved a 14% increase in annual revenue for clients in my portfolio in my first year. Duties included: analysing product, consumer and sales data using company-specific software and producing weekly, quarterly and yearly reports to ‘universe’ managers. Devising data- driven recommendations to push for all product categories and particularly ready- to-wear and shoes sales – this involved raw data extraction, conversion, conceptualisation and data integrity checks. Mastered brand and product knowledge and leveraged clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
