My role is to provide my perspective on fashion, outfits and styles that will suit my client's preferences. I would consider, my clients' body types and general interests. As well as work, with my team to enhance the service to our clients and to create a harmonious energy. Helping the team in receiving and unpacking the new delivery of stock and assuring that I check samples. Supporting various teams: Visual Merchandising team with clear communication and to give a presentable look to the shopfloor and stockroom.
This position is definitely a blend of luxury and casual service. It's definitely allowed me to further my experience/process of giving luxury service whilst also being knowledgably of my surrounding area. It's an ongoing journey of learning the history of such a historic venue whilst giving a contemporary
The position allowed me to be comfortable with my surroundings and customers. It was more of family feel good restaurant, therefore allowing me to be more personalized with my customers. As well as further my understanding of cocktail making and now to be introduce to Italian lifestyle.
This role allowed me to serve clients to the upmost respect. Providing them with luxury service as well as a more personalised drinking experience. The role did come with the usual acts like opening and closing the bar independently. However, it allowed me to further my knowledge of 'drinking culture' and my encounters with a diferent walk of life.
This role involves me opening and closing the Bar independently, as well as working alongside another team member. I displayed a strong ability to work eficiently and independently whilst ensuring customer service is paramount.
In this role, I would bartend and be a waitress at the same time. Allowing me to progress in my understanding of hospitality. The majority of the time I would have to deal with an array of customers, therefore I can handle busy environments. I thrive in them. Revolution has always preached about having great teamwork skills and I believe that I mesh well with people and am just an easy-going person.
In this position, I would create a positive environment for guests. Provide total customer service in order to ensure the best customer outcomes. I have a good understanding of how to tackle dificult situations using the communication skills that I've garnered through this role. The Potter's Wheel is huge on teamwork, therefore whenever I have the chance I always help out in the kitchen even if it's a minor thing to do. I'll help out.
