With over a decade of senior-level experience in the fashion industry, I co-founded and successfully managed the premium womenswear brand, NOVO. The brand was marked as the 'best brand discovery' by online publication Sheerluxe. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my capacity to pioneer creative strategies while while nurturing long-lasting internal and external industry relationships. I am passionate about the importance of brand storytelling and am dedicated to delivering consistent brand experiences through all touchpoints. My knowledge spans brand, project, and supply chain management. I have cultivated and nurtured relationships with manufacturers during numerous visits to China and Turkey, ensuring the highest quality product standards. Additionally, I have contributed to the setup of fulfilment centres in key locations across the UK, and the USA, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting demand and improve our service.

She was the bridge between Ground, influencers, photographers, stakeholders, and other creatives. This helped ideas translate and kept the momentum and energy of the project high at all times. Having led as one of NOVO's original founders and later as our dedicated creative director, her skill set was matched by her effort and attention to detail. Whether working alongside our in-house team, freelances and supplier or partners, at all times Amy offered a supportive and professional commutation style. She led all aspects of creative design for both the product collections, as well as the visual and written marketing elements. Plus at all times was able to give a concise and considered opinion to a subject matter, while being open to take onboard others feedback and ideas.
