Roger vivier, Chanel, Shishedo Selective program reserved to 15 students focusing on understanding different realities in the fashion industry. In each company we were requested to work in group on a challenge based on real business cases, developing a possible solution concerning customer insights, talent attraction or product positioning. After having developed the solution we were requested to present it on a board formed by members of the companies that gave us feedbacks and took into account our proposals. In particular, I have worked on possible issues regarding talent attraction at Chanel and product positioning of the new Parfum of Zadig and Voltaire at Shishedo.
Selective program reserved to 20 students focusing on understanding retail and brand repositioning among the fashion industry but also the importance of craftsmanship. Took part in office and production visits and participated in meetings with HR, IT and Control departments.I also had the opportunity to participate to a lesson with Hogan's brand manager to discuss about implication of product reinvention and positioning.
