I am a young energetic and friendly person who is always looking to give 100% in everything I do and also learning.

• I have worked in customer service serving customers on a regular basis talking to them and taking their orders. In my traineeship for sales, I have worked over the phone the whole day and improved my telephone manner a lot. • During my traineeship I have been pitching a lot to potential customers over the phone trying my hardest to get leads. My manager has taught me a lot of skills in this including how to tone my voice and how to keep a conversation going and comfortable. • I have completed many presentations before. One of them was on my first day of my traineeship where I had to put together a presentation about energy brokers and deliver it within a couple of hours. • I've demonstrated teamwork during my work and hobbies. At work, I work as a waiter on large events and this requires me to work well with a large team to keep functioning. Also, during my traineeship, I had to deliver a presentation that was well organised with colleague that I had just met with. I have demonstrated teamwork whilst playing football as well. • I have completed a free 8-hour SQL course with Code academy learning a lot of basic skills required. • I have watched a YouTube tutorial on this whilst practicing it on an Excel spreadsheet.
