– Daily communication with local and international factories – Assist in sending out colors, artwork, development and swatches – – – Assist in locally sourcing/in-house treating fabric for special projects Collecting price lists from mills, pricing fabric as it is received Ensure fabric boards, binders, and all fabric and components development tools remain updated, including broderie.
– Aid in all Paris photoshoots in styling – Create lookbook for collection and buyer's book – Research trends, relevant concepts, details and silhouettes
– Daily communication with local and international factories – In charge of all PLM and FDS data forwomens ready-to-wear woven fabrics – Assistance in coordinating color/graphic artwork and prints between design team, fabric team, and digital team – Track prototypes and fabric samples for review and approval before shipment between factories and – Follow-up and management of invoices concerning development for all fabric yardage samples
– BOM and linesheet coordination – contact vendors/factories for sample yardages – assist creative director in color, fabrics, and season concepts for menswear collection
– Research of trends, relevant concepts, details and silhouettes for creative director and the design team – Manage and update design revisions all season long for womens RTW Work closely with others teams to ensure consistency – – of the product (merchandising, fabrics, trims) Create technical packs in PLM, providing all design guidelines and fit notes – Attend all weekly fittings and fit notes/photographs for creative director – In charge of design board forthe collection and updating plm and CD notes after fittings
