Responsible for maintaining a high-visibility security presence and acknowledging customers as they enter and exit the store to make sure the store runs smoothly. Patrolling the shop to deter criminal activity. Additionally, when working with NHS my main responsibility was to stay in contact with other security personnel, at regular pre-set times and locations and perform Fire Marshall duties when requested.

My duties included communicating with suppliers to answer queries about their invoices and payments, using Kofax to upload and process invoices, checking payments on Oracle, creating purchase orders on Basware and Kofax, sending payments to suppliers by CHAPS and BACS, matching direct debit invoices to the purchase ledger, supplier reconciliation, general filing, note taking and administration duties.

This role entailed assisting customers with enquiries, resolving any problems in the car park or equipment, and dealing with customers in a calm and professional manner. Regularly patrolling the car park to check vehicles for any damage and assure car park is kept clean. Replenish the tickets and perform minor repairs of the entrance, exit and payment machines and keep a daily log of my work and any problems which included health and safety checks. Additionally, I took on extra by assisting with painting of the car park, training new staff members and covering other car parks at short notice. I have also assisted other areas of the business by covering annual leave in the Office Services department in the Saffron Hill office on several occasions. I achieved the top-level grade 5 in my PDP in 2016.
