Collaborated closely with leadership to devise product roadmaps, introducing Agile and SCRUM methodologies, resulting in a notable 7% efficiency enhancement in requirement gathering and project delivery. 6. Established a comprehensive documentation process within the team, meticulously documenting every step and feature prioritisation to serve as a valuable reference point for clients and team members alike. 7. As a research assistant, I partnered with senior researchers of the team and outperformed expectations by conducting the discovery and experimentation of a method for predicting the lifetime of an LV capacitor. This new method was backed by key research and data analysis which streamlined the next phase for the recall process of used capacitors.
