After completing my education in international studies and communication/marketing, I have been cooperating with several fashion companies in the management of the retail department, focusing on their directly operated and franchising business, both in full price and outlet scopes. Thanks to my ability to analyze scenarios in their whole complexity, and with my expertise in analytical tasks and communication plans, I can take strategic decisions, primarily oriented to business and human resources. I am able to shape new retail concepts, in harmony with the challenging development of the market, and am exceptionally focused on creating an engaging multi channel experience aimed at the best customer satisfaction. • Responsible for the retail management activities in Europe • Management of 35 stores (8 franchising), 10 new openings achieved in 2018 • Direct referee for about 120 human resources in store, 2 area managers, 1 HR manager • Responsible for the overall development of the brand in Europe, the implementation of commercial strategies, the creation of the retail structure in the European headquarter, the P&L of the stores and the profitability of the activities, the success in the customer experience, the local marketing strategies, the flawless execution of logistic procedures and supply chain effectiveness.
