I am an experienced professional in Brand Strategy/Awareness, Communications, Client Relationships, and have a passion for organization! I have worked in vastly differing industries and learn new things surprisingly quickly! I have a Master in Management and Double Degree from ESCP Europe and a Master of International Business from the University of South Carolina. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and Management and a minor in French. Report directly to the founder and owner of Ramos Consulting Services, Inc. Manage Marketing and Brand Strategy department for the company, uphold industry standards, create policy, procedures, protocols that match company identity. Coordinate the management and production of Bid submissions, key presentations, and marketing materials (Job Ads, Business Ads, Event Invitations, Promotional "Swag", Proposals, CVs, project sheets, etc.). Produce graphic designs and layout of proposals using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Build company proposals in response to various Public Agency RFPs using InDesign, sending RFIs to multiple external firms and reporting directly to the President/CEO. Coordinator between internal and external team members for RFI submittals, Task Orders, and Contract Management Plans. Manage press releases, website, social media, brand messaging and identity, and brand strategy for the company. Coordinate events, company-wide emails, office morale and culture etc.
