About

I build structure within fast-paced, high-performance environments. Over the past decade I’ve delivered projects across global visual effects studios, flagship retail operations and luxury environments, leading workforce planning, operational delivery and stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams. My career has centred around solving operational challenges: balancing resources across concurrent productions, improving workforce utilisation, introducing governance frameworks and delivering complex projects where priorities change quickly and execution matters. At Moving Picture Company, I coordinated workforce planning for more than 150 VFX specialists across seven technical departments, supporting internationally recognised productions including Mufasa, House of the Dragon, The Little Mermaid, Pinocchio, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts and Sonic the Hedgehog 2. More recently, I’ve applied the same project delivery and operational thinking within flagship retail environments, supporting the launch of Fanatics UK’s first flagship store while implementing operational governance, reporting frameworks and leadership development initiatives. I’m currently focused on opportunities in Project Management, Programme Delivery and Operations where I can continue delivering operational improvements, leading cross-functional teams and solving complex business challenges.

Senior colleague - Operations Supervisor , Fanatics
Nov 2024 - Aug 2025

I worked with Mo at the Fanatics Collectibles pop-up store at White City and the Flagship store on Regent Street. Mo is by far one of the best managers- even colleagues in general- that I have ever worked with. He is calm, pragmatic, skilled and dependable. He is a natural leader with excellent communication and problem solving skills, and his years of experience have enabled him to be a forward thinker, often identifying potential problems or improvements before those around him. Despite being the assistant manager at the flagship store, Mo was highly regarded as the 'brains' of the operation, as it was he who designed and implemented a number of vital processes such as staff feedback forms, KPI tracking, morning stand up sessions where goals/news/assignments etc were laid out for the team. Monz gets the best out of employees because he always strives to be his best self in whatever role he holds; He practices what he preaches and leads by example. As someone that worked with Monz from the inception of Fanatics' UK expansion into retail, his contribution to the implementation and subsequent success of the business was invaluable. I honestly cannot sing his praises highly enough. Any company or business would be lucky to have him.

Direct manager - Moving Picture Company, Moving Picture Company
Jul 2021 - Jul 2023

Mo was an outstanding member of my team and someone I would happily work with again. He has a natural ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and calm — whether he’s aligning with senior stakeholders, supporting artists, or breaking down complex information so the team knows exactly what’s needed. His communication style is both warm and authoritative, which made him incredibly effective at guiding others and creating a positive working atmosphere. He excelled at setting clear direction and ensuring everyone understood priorities, expectations, and the “why” behind decisions. This made him a strong anchor within the team, especially during fast-paced or high-pressure periods. His influencing skills were equally impressive; Mo could bring people with him, encourage collaboration, and gain buy-in without ever being forceful. It was always done through respect, logic, and genuine care for the people around him. Alongside this, he maintained great attention to detail and a diligent approach to delivering results. He balanced the day-to-day demands of the department with ease while still taking on broader business challenges when needed. Mo is a brilliant communicator, a thoughtful leader, and a positive influence to any team. Any organisation would be lucky to have him.
