Sarah Munro is a creative professional with 15 years of luxury fashion experience. Line managed Menswear and Womenswear Styling Managers. • Produced weekly and monthly reports for creative studio budgets. • • Led the studio management team to review and update studio guides, with the view to increase team efficiency and content quality. • Along side other senior studio leadership team identify and implement innovative yearly studio goals. Studio goals drove improvements in the departments efficiency and creative content. • Styled editorial brand partnerships collaborations with key editorial stakeholders' - Brand & Content cross-collaboration. • Acted as first point of contact for key stakeholders across Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Buying, Social and Brand & Content.
• Lead Women's Styling team to ensure all products were impeccably styled to best reflect the MATCHES buy and fashion authority. • Ensured studio team achieved daily and weekly targets and remained within budget. • Defined and coordinated team goals and objectives to drive success within department. Approved all imagery content for PDP pages. • Compiled and presented reshoot reports. • Managed the update and implementation of Styling Guide. • • Analysed weekly sell through and slow seller reports, identifying necessary categories reviews. • Maintained relationships with key stakeholder's across the business, including Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Brand & Content and Social.
• Line managed a team of junior and mid level stylists. Created performance and development plans, bi-weekly 1-1's and annual reviews. Monitored processes and guidelines, to ensure team is achieving daily targets. • Completed rail approvals of Mid-level and Junior Stylists. • • Worked closely with the Senior Photographers to ensure the studio daily and weekly shoot targets were fulfilled. Sarah was an incredibly involved member of the studio team at MATCHES.
