Operating as both brand owner and investment vehicle “easy” has been a leading budget brand in Europe for 20 years, initially in travel and leisure but now expanding across a variety of sectors.  Reporting directly to Chairman/shareholders, accountable for annual revenues of £13 million and a team of 12.  Manage existing and future brand licensees and wholly owned businesses including easyJet plc, easyHotel plc, easyGym, easyProperty, easyBus and our newest ventures, easyCoffee & easyFoodstore.  Manage 100% owned new businesses to the stage where they are ready for external investment then managing that process be it through IPO or VC/PE backed funding  Responsible for investments, property, HR, IT, legal, procurement and corporate finance also focusing on the strategic forward planning of the business.  Work with lawyers to negotiate commercial contracts and deal with litigation be it brand related of general  Primary contact with Shareholders and Holding company board to manage the business
