Next in line to Chief Creative Director and responsible for expert project management, taking and exploring new briefs, brainstorming, directing teams to ensure that managing budgets and bringing those ideas to life. Responsible for management of all projects, asset management, production schedules, budgets and scopes for end-to-end campaign management and execution. Effectively managing projects cross-functionally through use of appropriate resources and processes, involving creative development, execution and production. Strategic thinking in scoping asset creation and the annual content production budget for Creative Studios, working with large scale budget with the ability to produce small productions when needed. Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally and cross-markets with other internal and external departments, globally ensuring that creative strategy and goals are delivered. Direct all activities of the creative team and ensure that project tasks are completed by scheduling and facilitating project related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/external reviews, etc), communicating action steps to team.
