- Accountable for full life-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, offer negotiation and onboarding, for many regions, - Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical target roles to ensure a consistent flow of top tier-candidates, - Responsible for selecting the most appropriate methodology, including direct sourcing, branded advertising and exploring internal solutions, - Proactive in partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to discuss and make recommendations on resourcing issues and provide solutions, - Ensuring delivery of a service that is customer focused, value-add and cost effective, - Working closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure a quality driven and timely level of service to the business in order to fulfill recruiting needs, - Ensuring the global ATS, job requisition approval and data processes are fully utilized and adopted by the business.
