A full-time 6-month internship at CRUK, specialising in digital production, UX design and website UI design for all departments in the organisation including fundraising. My main role was across two projects: supporting on building of the new ECMC network cancer trial finder, which provides a data base for clinicians in the ECMC network to find cancer trials. I also helped with replatforming CRUKs cancer chat. For this project, I facilitated the UX testing and helped with the analysis and presentation of the findings.
Intern for the company. Running the social media accounts and arranging online/in-person events for Au Pairs in Paris and internationally. Helping with the creative aspect of the organisation.
I did work experience for the RAP project, helping them with gathering statistics for their upcoming projects, in fields such as sexual assault and rape.
I was a waitress at FrogPubs, which allowed me to develop my interpersonal skills as well as my french.
I was a full-time live-in Au Pair for 10 months in a French family of 3 young children in Neuilly-sur-Seine (nr Paris). I developed my child care skills hugely and massively improved my french language skills. I took full responsibility for the children after school whilst the parents were working. Living with a young family was an incredible experience, especially during COVID lockdowns. I also studied A-Level Politics this year.
I worked part time in a variety of roles at Curzon including at the bar where we served drinks, in the kitchen preparing food and selling tickets.
