same time as a lot of the colleagues were Spanish speakers, so I had to adapt and willingly learn Spanish. As it's in a tourist part of London Bridge it was very busy and booked but I persevered and pushed myself. I learned so many hospitality skills that I can carry for life. El Pastor London Bridge

My Role at Casa was a Waitress, working in a proper hospitality job has given skills I never thought I would endure in. The opportunity to be a part of launching a new restaurant was so exciting and rewarding. It unlocked potential characters. Being able to first hand see a launch watch a restaurant being built was fantastic. Being able to take a lot of people's orders while keeping a professional stance while being very busy was a challenge however I came through and was very capable. Casa is a Portuguese restaurant, so I met a lot of Portuguese colleagues and learned some new Portuguese aswell. Employment: El Pastor London Bridge

M&S Food Hall

Dates: July2022-September 2022 My primary role at M&S Food hall was a sales assistant, where was putting food products out as well as helping out with the cash inquires and self-service payments. My journey there was short due to me moving to Birmingham for university. It was so useful and good experience as I learnt how to be more independent and hands on as I was responsible for looking out for food that are out of date and it is my responsibility if I missed. I enjoyed helping customers and the staff were polite. Employment:Casa Do Frango London Bridge & London Victoria New branch
