I was doing things like making a coffee and sandwiches working here I learned how to handle high stress environments where things must be done quick and professional whilst giving the best customer service possible
Whilst working at covid testing direct I was a concierge working independently with minimal help from supervisors this is why I learned to be more organised and handle situations under pressure much better when there was an error in the servers. This job especially helped me become more independent and quicker at solving problems by myself it is teaching me to overcome anything mentally.
Working at JD has gained me both work and life skills that will help me prevail in future jobs. The most important skill I learnt was communication. Communication is vital in a working environment as it allows to help understand the customer needs as well as being able to sustain a smooth-running environment.
