About

After completing my Level 3 extended diploma as a Fashion Retail student at the Fashion Retail Academy in London , I decided to take the next step in furthering my knowledge and testing more of my skills . I am now currently at at Fashion Uni in London completing modules for fashion communications and marketing . During my time studying and my experience in industry projects, I have developed excellent problem solving techniques which have helped when working under pressure . Alongside this I have confidence in working well as a team and am looking for a new opportunity where i can use my initiative ideas combined with team work to achieve the best results whilst expanding and learning new skills .

Primark

Most recent role working as a Primark Retail Assistant, from this I have built on working under pressure when the store is busy along with answering customers queries and questions whilst keeping my section of the store clean and orderly . I have experience with working at tills , serving customers in a friendly manner whilst helping with returns etc . What I have most enjoyed is how my confidence has built through my time at Primark and the skills I have learnt which I would love to further into another role in retail .
