I design a wide range of content, including classroom training, e-learning modules, digital activities, and gamified solutions, tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. My goal is to elevate the performance of retail teams by creating impactful and engaging experiences. I also stay at the forefront of digital learning trends and innovations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and effective educational materials. My role involved designing training programs and courses, while also enhancing the digital learning approach through various tools and platforms.
At Hermès Paris, I ensured the smooth operation of the Customer Relations Centre, overseeing customer satisfaction through various channels such as telephone, email, and e-chat. I managed e-commerce relationships by guiding and advising clients, while also contributing to sales development. Additionally, I participated in improving the overall e-commerce client experience.
Creators: Les Tendances d’Emma, Kaparda, Tucca, Weemaï, Loesia Makeup… At WE ART from PARIS, I developed web and print content, managed social media, updated the website, and designed weekly newsletters. I also created and implemented POS materials, and contributed to the concept store by sourcing new creators, managing relationships, and setting up commercial actions, partnerships, and events.
At Pstyled, I developed press relations by reaching out to journalists to enhance brand awareness. I also created digital content for social media and integrated products into the app. Additionally, I managed customer relations by recommending clothing styles based on fashion psychology and generating client reports.
Clients: L’Oréal (Lancôme, Elsève), Clarins, Marionnaud, Yves Rocher… At aufeminin, I contributed to the commercial relationship by preparing client presentations and drafting commercial proposals. I also managed relationships with media agencies, responding to briefs and monitoring advertising campaigns.
At Chanel's flagship boutique, 31 Rue Cambon, I managed client relations throughout the entire sales process, advising clients and guiding them through various product lines. I met the needs and expectations of a local clientele, ensuring that Maison CHANEL’s values were reflected in the product presentation and the overall atmosphere of the sales area.
