* Hired as Store Director at Nike Paris Usines, in 2015 for a New opening Responsible for building the best team to win, headcount over 55 employees * Creating an environment within the store that provide a premium consumer& employee experience, implementing programs/processes to drive business results, finishing the FY in top 10 Europe and 1st door in France 4year in a row * Coach, lead and inspire a diverse team through inclusion and a culture of belonging. Partner with the Nike Athlete Experience team to develop a localised strategy creating world class career experiences for our team mates, over 30 promotions in 4years * Introduced new systems and processes working closely with cross channel leaders to improve back of house clearance’s operation & sufficiently spreading it across European doors * Maximise the Store’s contribution in the ecosystem through O2O, P&L, driving key KPI’s and revenue targets (Annual Turnover +$20M). * Develop strategies to maximize role of store within District (look beyond single store to district impact) * Launch and open the first conversion from clearance concept to Nike unite in Emea, August 2019.
