Ensured customers had an excellent experience shopping with us by helping them find and pick out items they wanted or were looking for. Stock was counted and managed regularly and put back on to correctly shelving accordingly, whilst retrieving items from various locations when requested. Catered to new or beginners who had interest in Basketball. Organised and orchestrated drills and matches between the players. Had 1-on 1 sessions to discuss what needed to improve and what strengths they had. Improve key skills and decide when they are ready to move onto more training.
