Regarding Giuseppe, we worked together for three years. During this period, we collaborated very closely to align production, logistics, and supply-chain priorities with the company’s financial targets, ensuring that daily operational decisions were fully integrated into Lowa’s overall performance framework. He consistently supported decision-making across all operational areas. We co-led several key initiatives, including the deployment of a full multi-site SAP system (Italy and Slovakia) and a process-streamlining project aimed at improving reliability, reducing lead times, and strengthening cross-functional discipline. Together, we also developed and monitored a unified KPI dashboard to reinforce transparency and performance tracking. Giuseppe acted as my counterpart during operational tensions—such as stock shortages, supplier delays, and production constraints—where we jointly managed recovery plans and coordinated escalations to the Board of Directors when necessary. He managed all relations with the Board, and together we helped build a uniquely cohesive and high-performing team within Lowa.
