Regarding Giuseppe, we worked together for three years. During this period, we collaborated very closely to align production, logistics, and supply-chain priorities with the company’s financial targets, ensuring that daily operational decisions were fully integrated into Lowa’s overall performance framework. He consistently supported decision-making across all operational areas. We co-led several key initiatives, including the deployment of a full multi-site SAP system (Italy and Slovakia) and a process-streamlining project aimed at improving reliability, reducing lead times, and strengthening cross-functional discipline. Together, we also developed and monitored a unified KPI dashboard to reinforce transparency and performance tracking.
