Working at the FOK Events and Invercase Hotel, I was required to greet the guests at the front of the house, Helped around being a waiter at a restaurant, cleaned up/polished and cleared out the back areas. Assisting my colleagues around the events area, therefore I would clean and clear spare glasses, hand out the food to the guests – this includes canapés, champagne, or any other types of drinks and more of the main meals.
