As a Sales Assistant at Polo Ralph Lauren, I excelled in customer service and stock management. I thrived in dynamic retail settings, adapting roles as needed and training new staff to enhance team skills, always aiming to elevate the customer experience.
I worked primarily in the stock room/ back of house however spent a lot of time running stock out and having one to one customer experiences, adopting different roles as needed. I often was given the task of training new members of staff which helped to broaden and retain my own skills within the workplace. Overall I really enjoyed my time there and learnt a lot from my colleagues around me. Making a customers day was always my goal when in contact with them.
