A little about me - I have now worked over ten years in retail sales, building experience and knowledge with some of the UK's most respected formalwear and accessories brands. My positive and open attitude motivates me to build effective relationships with those I work with and I strive to be more helpful and more productive to ensure targets are hit and we are building an ever-increasing network of loyal customers. My ambition is to provide greater support and take on greater responsibility in my work.
Working alongside the Managing Director and the Head of Retail of this more than two-hundred-year-old accessories brand, I oversaw the day to day running of the D&F flagship store in Piccadilly Arcade. This included inventory management, trade and sales reporting and driving repeat sales through communications with key customers. The Covid-19 health crisis resulted in the termination of this role with closure of the store.
Responsible for working with the extended sales team at the Thomas Pink flagship in Jermyn Street to drive sales, develop new campaigns for building brand and product awareness (including delivering a store pop-up during the British and Irish Lions rugby tournament), manage stock levels in store and updating store layout for more effective sales acquisition.
I worked in a combined sales and management role at the Hawes & Curtis Victoria Street store, supervising a team of four junior sales associates, authoring and submitting daily store performance reports and analysis, making all executive decisions on the shop floor and guiding customers through the key product offering.
As a sales associate I was tasked with responding to specific customer wants and requirements, presenting and advising floor staff on current stock, trends, materials and pricing and driving brand visibility through creative execution of window and shop floor displays. Previous work experience
