Financial Responsibilities: ● Management of the UK subsidiary: bank account,payroll,suppliers ● Retail network of 12 points-of-sale (Standalone Stores, Concessions, Outlets, & pop up store projects) ● Product categories: RTW, Fragrance & Beauty, Jewelry and Leather Goods & Shoes ● Team Management: 100 people (3 Head office, 97 Boutique Team) Retail Responsibilities: ● Overall P&L responsibility for all stores in the UK; Business strategic growth and sales planning with CEO, and implement the plans effectively, to develop profitable revenues ● Development of beauty and fragrance business; facilitating growth across the omni-channel ● Oversee all buying orders for the UK stores. Develop and identify product opportunities, and ensure the product mix is relevant for client types Achievements: ● Created a black book VIP list which defined the top-tier VIP database. Due to success implementation of the programs we have built a significant client list and created single sales over 50K ● Successfully managed two boutiques refurbishments in Selfridges and Marylebone, and a store opening in Mendrisio, negotiated terms and delivered the projects on time and in budget ● Implemented HR procedures; reviewed the current contract structure, including bonuses and GDPR rules ● Re-negotiated 3 store rent reviews; securing key locations in the most competitive retail property market, including Bicester Village
