I recruited Gael based on his international retail experience. His commercial skills were solid. His people skills were exceptional, and he was a real motivator and he was a very effective coach. He was overqualified for the job but the teams were complete, and we counted on him for Training and development of 300 + ( many young inclusive teams. He delivered the set targets and more. We regretted when he left the company for personal reasons.
