An experienced manager with strong values, workaholic, rigorous and result oriented, I love to share and to learn. Curious & Entrepreneur, I lead my career over nine different countries. Ten years expertise in mass retail from sales associate to General Manager for Department Stores, ten years in Retail consulting with a focus on sales efficiency, developing the business unit retail worldwide for the group, and currently in the luxury segment for the last eight years in different positions and Maison (Retail performance and Flagship Store Director). Project leader, and business developer, I drive my career path by focusing on retail excellent and commercial efficiency. I developed the retail business unit for the leading consulting firm in sales efficiency, opening new accounts and developing tools and solutions for the retail clients. I focused on retail processes, and I trained salespeople over different key topics such as negotiation skills, omnichannel management, selling ceremony(soft skills ), KPI management & dashboard, with a strong focus on the retail business chain (UPT, cross-selling, CR etc.) Retail minded, by working on the three key success factors of luxury retail today: 1. Client: in managing local clients by clienteling with VICs; 2. Client: by recruiting new clients to the brand, focusing on KPI such as CR, UPT and cross-selling; 3. client …managing the “internal” clients: the team – coaching, mentoring and developing staff skills and motivation.
