After three years in a work-study program at the headquarters of American Vintage, where I developed expertise in the retail sector, I refined my skills in project management, including the opening of several stores in Los Angeles, London, Madrid, etc., performance analysis, and back-office support. I am delighted to announce that I earned my Master’s degree from the Grande Ecole Program at Audencia Business School. Passionate about international opportunities and the fashion industry, I am currently seeking a VIE abroad or a permanent position in Paris.
Analytics: developing performance analyses and conducting weekly reviews with Sales Managers to determine actions needed for shops networks (over 30 Microsoft Excel templates created, including PivotTables). Back-Office: facilitating communication between the headquarters and the field team, (focusing on training, digitization, international expansion), overseeing price management (cash register and customs), managing commercial operations. Project management: upstream and on-site coordination of retail park openings, closures and refurbishments (25 per year including USA, China and Emirates). Achievement: creation of a GANTT to optimize internal store opening processes (significant reduction in shortfalls and project completion times), and strategic sales operations planning for the Head of Outlet International.
Sales: managed sales, team, stock and KPI optimization (results +30%) Analysis: performance analyses KPI (team, stocks, merchandising, CRM, SWOT) and aligning sales targets accordingly. Marketing: content creation published on the Instagram account (95k subscribers). Achievement: opening of a new flagship store, Excel analytical support.
