I bring hands-on shop floor experience from The Balloon Company, confidently managing orders, customer service, and multitasking in fast-paced retail settings. Adaptable across various retail tasks, I thrive in dynamic environments and am flexible with schedules, ensuring excellent service and smooth store operations.
At Kumi, I took on different responsibilities around the restaurant and learned how to work dynamically to ensure that everything functioned well in a busy environment. I developed skills behind the bar, serving tables and arranging the seating plan for the day or evening. I also gained experience in working at brand events and taking care of private parties.
I spent 4 weeks working in a team to organise the sporting and social events for a group of 10-18 year olds at a summer language course in the South of England. Here I learned to be a team player and manage expectations from the students, teachers and parents in planning events. Here, I also learned safeguarding and First Aid.
At the Balloon Company, I took, designed and made orders of balloon decorations both online and in-store. I learned how to work independently and multitask efficiently through managing orders while still taking care of customers in the shop.
