I bring hands-on experience in customer service, client advising, and transactions from running my own business, with strong skills in storytelling, inventory control, and online order fulfilment. I thrive in fast-paced retail settings and am adaptable, enthusiastic, and ready to support dynamic shop floor teams.
Being inspired by the words of one of my former peers, I decided to extend my interest and love for my studies and offer GCSE/SATS Maths and GCSE Geography. They link to my A-Level studies and have definitely been helping me consolidate my previous learning for upcoming topics as a lot of what I am teaching (higher level GCSE topics) feed into my studies currently.
I attended sessions hosted by Motivez on a weekly basis, which were all sessions to build up our professional portfolio. Sessions included CV and Cover Letter writing, help with preparing for interviews, alongside a mentor assigned to us for each session from a range of different professional backgrounds. These sessions helped me prepare for different stages in my future ranging from university preparation to job applications. Alongside this, I was also been able to participate in an insight day at Amazon hosted by Motivez which supported me in getting ready for a career in tech or finance.
After a long developed love for baking, I decided, on my 16th birthday to monetise that passion into my very own baking business. This enabled me to not only be able to manage personal expenses, but interact with different people as well as managing my time and money around different events and extracurriculars I take part in.
