As a crew trainer at McDonald's it is my job to train people accordingly says that they understand correct procedures and also say they feel welcomed into the McDonald's environment. I also had the second hand of duty or assistant my managers on the shop floor to make sure that things run smoothly.
I worked there every Saturday from 10-12pm. I tagged clothes and worked at the till from time to time and also hanged the clothes on the rack. During my time at barnardo's I also learnt how to approach customers to help them and direct them to anything they may have needed.
