I am responsible for the merchandising strategy for Shoes and Leather goods across Europe area. At this stage, I manage a team of 8 people and report directly to the Emea President. I work closely with the North Europe and the South Europe GM, their area managers and cover a scope of 75 stores.

As result, sales of RTW double up in the first 2 months after the launch of the project (Sept-Oct 2020). -Buy-back of a regional online platform (end 2019) which, in six months, accounts between the Top 10 World Wide stores. This achievement is the consequence of a renewed product offer, a strict collaboration with the Marketing team to design the campaign integration and a customers' journey optimized throughout insights. Of course, we worked together as a team and we adapted fast to the new challenge. -Tailor make of several merchandising projects, out of which a special capsule composed by 100 long SKU, which sold out at 65% sell-through in value (2019). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: •Support, lead and manage the local merchandising team in all categories (Leather goods, RTW, Shoes and other accessories), in order to drive growth. Coordinate the buying strategy between the local team and central buying in HQ.
