The Edinburgh Children's Hospital

I was tasked with organising and presenting a presentation in-front of judges and my peers representing The Edinburgh Children's Hospital. I was up against 9 other groups and me and my group won and raised £3000 for the charity. Along side this we also done a bake sale and raised a further £400 and we contacted companies like sky and asked if they would donate items and we made up 150 care packages for the children. I approached and spoke to members of the public to raise awareness and encourage donations. I explained the purpose of the charity clearly and respectfully, handled donations responsibly, represented the hospital in a professional and positive manner. I worked as part of a team and followed instructions from supervisors and maintained a friendly and positive attitude at all times. I interacted with children and offered them some of the activities we had on.
