14 years ago I started my journey in retail by joining Lush, a British Cosmetics brand.
I grew up in the company starting as a Sales Assistant in the French Flagship in Paris, then moving on to training for the French network and finally becoming a European Training Lead specialized in shop opening training and events.
During these 10 years I have developed my training skills in terms of strategy, project management, content creation and presentation.
Following this experience, I joined Dyson, first as a Trainer and then as a Training Manager for direct and indirect retail.
I supported the opening of 7 Dyson Stores in France and managed the training program for our 3rd party retailers (Darty Fnac, Boulanger, Sephora...).
From this experience I gained knowledge of working with different types of PoS and how to adapt to their training needs.
Passionate about training, development and customer experience I'm looking for my next adventure.
