With experience at UNIQLO, Sports Direct, and Next, I excel in busy retail settings, delivering strong customer service, sales support, and efficient stock management. Passionate about fashion, I adapt quickly to new environments and thrive both independently and as part of a team.
Joined before and was involved in helping a very successful opening of Uniqlo's first Scottish flagship store. My job would see me prioritise a "customer first" technique that teaches good habits for customer service that can be transferred to any job/role where you interact with customers, even a more personal one on one sales scenario. Due to the location of the store and it's brand identity it is also a very busy store with a constant high footfall, this stresses the importance of being able to work under more stressful environments while still prioritising efficiency and making deadlines. I am also encouraged to build good habits due to the fact we are all taught to approach our day-today work with a “business mindset" which will see us look to prioritise the needs of both the customer and the store itself without having to be asked to do so, this has helped me to take more initiative when I work and gain meaningful independence.
A typical day of work will see me carrying out various tasks both on the shop floor and through the back. This could range between serving customers on the till, assisting customers on the shop floor or helping putting stock out.
My Job will see me work around the shop floor assisting both the customer's and the needs of the store itself
