I joined this company as a sales assistant and worked my way up to being a Senior supervisor. I provided the highest quality of customer care and assistance by having good rapport with them, listening to their needs and providing information about both fashion and materials used in the products they were purchasing. I achieved 100% in all mystery shops. Jobs I would do during the day would include, attending to customers, inventory inquiries, cash open and close, visual merchandising, putting away stock deliveries and training new staff members.
• Daily duties would include assisting and providing exceptional service to customers within and outside the park. • I was comfortable in dealing with complaints and customer queries as well as easily talking to foreign customers who were unable to speak English. • Assist in the daily positioning of staff members, sign them in and out, assist in morning briefings and attend to their needs.
