Lead a team through the busy winter period through phase change and Christmas sale. Keeping up to date with visual merchandising changes. Using figures and sales reports to make informed decisions regarding the shopfloor and improving sales.

Supporting the stores's managers with phase changes. Keeping on top of stocking the shopfloor while keeping up with visual merchandising. Helping new starters with training and finding their feet. Delegating tasks given by the managers to shopfloor workers to help get tasks finished more efficiently.

Cutting and overlooking fabric samples. Organising and putting together swatch books for clients. Labelling fabric samples with correct index numbers and fabric information. Keeping the fabric library tidy, and have extensive knowledge on sample names and location in the library.

Serving customers quickly and with great customer service. Keeping fitting rooms clear and shopfloor tidy. Supporting the managers and PICs with their tasks. Running out stock from delivery. Bringing in parcels from delivery.

Opening and closing the shop. Keeping shopfloor tidy and well stocked. Overseeing the volunteers and managing the shop when the managers aren't working. Steaming clothes and processing donations. Serving customers with great customer service.
