🌈 Catalyseur d’énergies et de talents, je fais dialoguer le technique et le créatif pour inventer un monde plus beau et plus coloré. 📚Expert du développement et de la conduite de projet, je maîtrise chaque étape du processus de création de valeur. Plus de 20 ans au service de grands fournisseurs puis de marques à forte notoriété, en BtoB et BtoC, m’ont permis d’en gérer toutes les étapes, de l’innovation aux expéditions. J’en connais les enjeux et les acteurs (studios artistiques, Marketing, Supply Chain, Achats, Labos, Usines). Au fil des ans, j’ai accompagné l’adaptation du business aux attentes des nouveaux consommateurs et à la pression réglementaire, toujours plus forte. A cette fin, j’ai développé des stratégies RSE tangibles, tissant des liens avec les groupes professionnels, le monde des ONG et la communauté des influenceurs 🎤 On dit de moi que je suis curieux, créatif et passionné, tant dans le processus d’élaboration de nouveaux produits que dans la recherche de solutions. On me reconnaît aussi énergie, détermination, ainsi qu’un enthousiasme communicatif. 😊 Parce que je crois que le plaisir au travail fait partie de la réussite, j’aime créer avec mes équipes une ambiance de travail détendue. 🌍🇮🇹🇩🇪 Avide de découvrir de nouvelles cultures, j’ai étudié et vécu 10 ans en Allemagne puis 10 ans à Milan, au cœur de la beauté. 📿 Pour conclure, inspiré par la formule de Gustave Flaubert : “Ce ne sont pas les perles qui font le collier, c’est le fil”, je rapproche ma fonction de celle d’un fermoir.
