In this temporary assignment as an extra milliner in the The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet I play a key role in the development and crafting of new headpieces, applying meticulous craftsmanship to repair and refurbish existing ones. Actively participating in creative brainstorming sessions, I contribute to the generation of innovative designs and solutions.
I had the privilege of working alongside Jacqueline West at Origo Silm Studio for the movie Dune II., actively contributing to the creation of distinctive headgear pieces tailored for diverse groups of characters. This involved crafting unique designs for characters ranging from young Bene Gesserits to an emperor's delegation, as well as spice smugglers and others.
I undertook the responsibility of restoring and redesigning over 50 damaged hats dating back to the early 20th century at Vecsei Millinery, my studio. Additionally, I created bespoke designs for the main characters, ensuring each piece reflected the unique essence of the character.
Guiding TAU, my ready-to-wear headwear brand, as both the designer and proprietor, with a commitment to delivering captivating and accessible collections for a diverse market. Recognizing the demand for ready-to-wear alongside custom-made hats, I strive to meet the varied needs of our clientele.
I began my journey with Nanushka by creating showpieces, and over time, my role has grown to encompass not only design but also the hands-on production process. I collaborate closely with the design team, contributing to the development of new designs for each season. In this expanded role, I actively oversee and contribute to the entire production process, ensuring that each accessory is crafted to the highest standards and maintaining a seamless integration from design to production.
We've co-founded a collaborative multibrand store, featuring our own designs and those of local designers, including the TAU hats collection, as well as exclusive contributions from permanent designers Anna Daubner and Visydori. This venture offers a curated collection, showcasing the diverse creativity within our community and providing customers with a unique shopping experience.

In addition to my personal creations, I actively collaborate with other designers and engage in various projects that leverage my expert knowledge in the field. Working closely with renowned designer Philip Treacy, I crafted custom headpieces for distinguished clients, including members of the British royal family and A-list celebrities. My role extended to contributing to the creation of new collections, couture pieces, private orders, and production, while also playing a part in various exhibitions.
