- Maternity Cover Prepared production files including graded measurement specifications. Ensured that all suppliers were aware of the technical and production requirements. Chased and approved lab dips and print strike offs and bulk fabric therefore having an understanding of fabric technology in both knits and wovens. Determined washcare instructions from textile test reports. I chased and commented on fit samples and pre-production sealers, taking digital photographs to facilitate this process and using my knowledge of garment construction and pattern cutting.
Responsible for sampling products to determine whether they meet specifications and quality standards taking into account such factors as garment construction, durability and washability and take corrective action if necessary for deliveries for mail order and high street retailers. - Factory visits. - This position required the ability to prioritize and organize staff working as part of a team or on my own. - Liaised with retailers and suppliers. - Tailored garments, soft separates and Branded goods.

For womenswear from the countersample, first fit meetings, sealing samples, issuing spec sheets, size sets and production. - Simple technical investigations such as color fastness and stability in washing. Constant liaison with suppliers, merchandisers, and the customer.
