I received training on the financial process of charities such as unrestricted/restricted funding and how to analyse applicant profiles. Public speaking and pitching ideas that contributed to final decisions. Continually meeting with organisations and alumni to better the Borough of Camden. Sensitivity to peers and situations that involve conversations of unemployment, racism etc. Time management skills, attending meetings and visiting funded organisations.

Responsible for class of young children to do multiple sports activities throughout the day which required a lot of creativity and focus Effective communication skills, having to engage children constantly, I had to communicate and make sure I was listened to. Safeguarding making sure I was keeping children safe and healthy. Friendly and open, ensuring that the children always felt comfortable to talk to me and help them which allowed them to enjoy the sports better. Making sure everyone was involved and trying to aid the children who found certain sports difficult and excel them further.
