Within more than 16 years of experience in the appeal industry as a Pattern Technologist, I have a vast knowledge of creating and updating pattern making, Marker Making, Grading, Digitizing, Consumption marker Making, Costing and I have a good knowledge of Bonding and Construction developments. I hope to dedicate my highest contribution to the company by incorporating my knowledge and experience on developing Apparel Industry.
As a Technical Developer responsible for managing the full product life cycle ensuring all critical dates and product specifications are achieved. Working alongside the Design, garment construction, grading and pattern making, Product Management, Materials & Trims teams, attend design briefings, manage sampling, and lead fit sessions and review meetings. I am currently in charge of ODLO. Henri Lloyd and Janus Analyze sketches/samples, understand customer requirements and guide the team on developing samples to satisfy customer requirements, whilst ensuring viability in bulk production Conduct post-season evaluation with vendors, assessing the season and possible improvements and evaluate / analyze vendor performance
Lead the technical team for monitoring the Critical Path flow to ensure customer expectation are met, Supervise the accuracy of the pattern creation in alignment with the design intent and according to the process upon receipt of the tech pack to ensure that no pattern issues are highlighted, To facilitate smooth production by ensure timely communicate of technical knowledge among the stakeholders to ensure zero product related matters I have been working for ODLO, New Balance & ASICS.
