With over two decades spent in the luxury retail sector (Roche Bobois, Bang & Olufsen, BoConcept), my journey has been marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence in sales, brand expansion, and team leadership. I had the opportunity to visit 49 countries and meet passionate retailers in over a hundred showrooms to understand their strengths and weaknesses. From August 2016 to October 2024, as the franchisee of BoConcept in Washington DC, our mission was to deliver exceptional Danish design furniture, tailored to the discerning tastes of this international city clientele. Leading a vibrant team, we've successfully expanded our presence with a renovated Georgetown flagship and a new showroom at Tysons Galleria, which stands surrounded by the world's most prestigious brands (LV, Cartier, Chanel, Dior, Gucci…). Our organization has thriven on creating extraordinary spaces in our clients' homes that reflect our dedication to retail excellence. This customer-first approach, combined with strategic sales, team training and coaching, propeled us forward in the competitive landscape of high-end retail.
