After venturing as side business into Listed Stock Brokerage and Fund management buiness in 1997, enhanced knowledge through further trainings; in 2001 in Business Dynamics from MIT's Sloan School of Business, a computer modeling for Business Strategy building and inventory management. In 2002, Executive program for growing companies at Stanford University Business School, Palo Alto, California, USA for developing skills in Strategic thinking, Negotiation, Human capital, Political economy, and management for business and raising venture capital. As part of Investments joinded Board of Directors of Various Listed companies and took further training for these purposes; 2006 to 2008, completed the IFC Corporate Governance program's 4 series, from the Corporate Governance Institute. As a Independent Non-Executive Director of public listed comapnies Boards of Directors was member Audit committees for many years getting extensive experience in risk management and governance at the highest level of complex management. Was also involved as a Director in Restructuring Business model of Cement Factory using Business Dynamics Modeling. As Audit Member of calling Card Telecom operator deciphered the Audit and Accounting fraud. Regularly research on Diversity and Equality through Inclusivity. Plus from attending a Coaching seminars for an understanding of how to built Inclusive enterprise through professional coaching. An avid traveler, have traveled for work and discovery from the Middle East to Europe, from North to Central and South America, from Easter Islands to Papua New Guinea in the South Pacific Ocean, to Singapore to India in East Asia.
